All online requests are subject to the pre-payment of NZ$25 for half an hour of research and up to 20 pages of photocopying, except those that fall under the flat rate charging system outlined below. We endeavour to answer all queries within 15 working days of receiving them, but this can take longer depending on current demand. We may be able to complete your request within two working days, subject to receipt of a $27.00 urgent fee plus any other standard fees. We have the following flat charge rates for NZDF Personnel, Probate and Intention to Marry records:

These charges include up to 40 pages of photocopying per enquiry.
